WHO WE ARE
Earthseed Village is a play-based, nature-centered, multicultural learning community for families to explore, learn, and grow together. Our collective offers a collaborative environment that prioritizes holistic learning experiences; one where we emphasize social and emotional development, creativity, and practical life skills. We believe that learning happens best when it is rooted in joy, real-life experiences, and intentional relationships.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to restore the village by reconnecting families to the land, to each other, and to themselves. We aim to cultivate a sense of belonging through nature and play-based, culturally-rooted learning and community care.
We believe healthy families are best raised in the heart of community, rather than isolation. Earthseed Village holds space for children and their caregivers to keep the joy of learning alive; cultivating land stewardship, life skills, and social-emotional wellbeing as inseparable parts of one whole-family practice. Our long-term work is to steward land of our own so that connection to the earth is something families belong to, not just visit.
OUR VISION
We envision Earthseed Village as a living model for vibrant community-based living. We envision a world where families raise children in community, and where learning is liberated, embodied, and joyful.
